Food is divine. I know this place is supposed to be a club sort of, but i like to come here from dinner. It's a great transition from dinner with friends, to a dance party. Mostly business types that spill over from king st. I wouldn't say that this place attracts underage drinkers. But i've seen a few 19 year olds get denied at the door (this place is 21+ thank god). Good on them for trying.

Id say i come here at least twice a month. I appreciate the location and the atmosphere. I especially like the crowd since they are around my age (25-35). Saturdays are by far the best nights to go. That's when they usually have a tribute night or cupcakes or belly dancers etc. Most places don't really give a crap about entertaining their guests but these guys really put in the effort and it shows. That's why i keep coming back.

So to start things off.. This club has great potential and to be honest, it doesn't matter where you go..
As long as you're with the right crowd, you're going to be having a great time anyway. I do have to say however,
The place is quite small. That's a plus or minus for some people though. And i have to mention, their smoking area is actually not bad.

The problem we had with our experience there though, is with the as advertised "$100 bottles."
Flyers, online club description, even inside the club you can see it flashing "$100 bottles!!!"
However, when i told the bartender i wanted one bottle, she asked me if i wanted the premium bottle (grey goose)
For $170 ..I told her ..No thank you i'm fine with the $100 bottle please. She replied "it's going to be $130."
I pointed behind her because on the lcd screen it clearly states $100 a bottle. So i asked why can't i get that?
She replied... Get this.. Oh that is what you're getting, but you know ..There's tax. It made me giggle,
Because as we all know ...There shouldn't be any tax on alcohol (since it's already included). And on top of that, tax on $100
At maximum should be $113. She stuck to it and said it's because of the service. I told her ..No it's okay, i can just have the bottle and some shot glasses. She replied, it would be the same price anyways, might as well get the service.
Even with all that nonsense, we wanted to have a good time so we said whatever and paid the $130.
Get this.. Our "bottle service" was at the bar.. They didn't even have space to seat us at a table. So they had to put all the glasses, chasers, and the bottle right there on the bar.

Anyway, long story short. If you have an advertised price, you really should honor that deal. Also, if you have no space to provide "bottle service" then you shouldn't offer bottle service. All i wanted was a bottle and shot glasses.
And just to put another nail in the casket, let's face it.. We all know the real price of smirnoff and grey goose vodkas.
We're already over paying for a $40 bottle.. Do they really have to be so nasty and rip people off even more.

I think they will be learning the hard way, that you can't treat people like that and expect them to come back.
They may write a review about their experience and influence more people to not go either ;)

I came with a large group, and they were all pretty tipsy by the time they showed up. Also, they were very very boisterous and i wanted to thank the bouncers for being understanding and not kicking my whole group out. The Money inquiries,I heard happens most often than rarely, according to the email i received from your bottles service coordinator its very normal and this seem to be one of his positive points, doesn't mean it's ethical valued by the public. If i may make a suggestion. altho (vogue)may not take it. It works for other businesses that have gone on to generate multiple businesses .Provide more attention to one party/group at a time a time. The front takes on too much as a single unit and should do it as a team. if you know what i mean. Learn how to open up the front with personality and be friendly with your body language and face.Smile this builds rapport with customers instantly and instinctively (why so serious) ..not inviting. .we come to party. :) all the best.

We spoke with the head bouncer and bottle service manager. According to them, three members of your group did not meet the style code requirements. Two of them were wearing beige casual sneakers and the other black running shoes. We appreciated that you were a returning customer and we had reserved one of our prime booth locations for your group. However, our venue must uphold our style code and entry is not guaranteed if style code is not met. Bottle service clients are not exempt from this. You were notified of our style code upon reserving. As for the bouncers asking for additional money to allow entrance that is not acceptable and we will look into that further. My birthday was organized for this location. We arrived at the club before 12:00. We waiting a good while outside to get services. The young lady with the clip board ignored me than I basically felt like I was talking to myself. Finally after waiting to go to our booth our tickets were handed to us but that same guy (Ron). Who handed us our tickets look over at my bf shoes and said they weren't proper shoes to get in the club.They weren't runners. They were club attire dress shoes foot wear. He said it wasn't proper shoes. Ron said the bouncers would make the call on wether or not he can go in the club.As we were getting ready to go through the bouncer said he can't get in the club with those shoes. "I explained its my birthday and I have bottles service. He yelled out Happy Birthday rudely of course. Than the bouncer said for 20 bucks you can go in. So please explain this fuckery to me. The shoes were fine to go in for 20 bucks more. So than if you were willing to ask for money to let him in the club than the shoes were fine after all. But your bouncer have no morals of human kindness and was just down right wrong. My birthday was almost ruined. I made bottles service request two weeks before in advance. People who paid for bottles service shouldn't have to wait no longer that 2- 5 mins to get in and be seated. I brought 30 ppl to this club for New Years and you guys made some much money from us. The only two things I can say is that this was the second time money was requested from us because from your bouncer that's wrong. They are rude to people not friendly. They need to learn how to be socially positive to the public. How do you think your club makes money not just from your restaurant. I finish off my birthday at ARIA. BTW. This cub is bumping. Ting sale off friendly bouncers nice workers insides who are pleasant and nice to you. Last min booth was arranged and line bypass as soon as we arrived we got in within mins. Ill never be going back to Vogue Supper Club. Word of mouth travels fast and lets just say. Everything on there owe time. No business last long with bad customer service. Common sense the more nice you are to others goes a long way just in the general rules of life. Don't expect to provide bad customers service to be provided and the customer returns. I don't play that fake shit.

Worst experience ever

I never write a comment for ANYTHING but I Must for this because this was the absolute worst experience ever. The club is small and divided. I celebrated my birthday here and we were out on the top floor of the club. Our guest got there at 11 and instead of letting them in they made my guest wait outside or pay full coverage when we had comps for bottle service. When we got in the club was empty and our table was not ready for us at all. We got there and waited for our bottles to come out. The waitress rushed by with our bottles and never returned with any cups, shot glasses or chasers/juice. We waited over 30 minutes to get it. The club Literally had 3 tables to serve so there isn't an excuse for the poor service. After the waitress brought out our chasers and glass she was no longer seen thought the night to give us refills or new cups. Noone was around to clean our tables so the entire place was a mess and crowed with people. Given the fact that ppl spend the money to get a booth for the service this place deff did not deliver. We spent a lot of money here only to receive the worst service ever. Ppl were falling all over our booth from the other side and noone from te club was able to do anything about it. I understand that this is a club and things like this happen however it would have been nice to have a buss boy or a waitress or security ensure that we got what we paid for. Dumb ass club

OK, so I went to Vogue this past Saturday. To start off our night, we reserved to be on the guest list last night and was completely turned away at the door because my boyfriend was wearing sneakers. I understand that there's a dress code and all that but we waited in line for a while before anyone told us. As a girl in a skirt during winter, I was freezing and pissed. Luckily for him, he had a pair of old dress shoes in the car because there was no way I was gonna drive back home to Woodbridge and come back.

We then met the rest of our group inside and it was packed like a sardine can in there. Though no one would enjoy an empty club, I think I would've enjoyed it better if I was single. But since I'm not, all sorts of people kept bumping into us when we were trying to dance. ugh.

Overall, it was so packed that everyone was sweating. My word of advice, either come here single or get a booth to have your own space where no one is bumping into you. Only under those circumstances, will I come back.

Went for a friends birthday and I never been to Vogue before so I didn't know what to expect. Nice interior with spacious booths. Everything was very well organized from the moment we got there to the moment we left. The promoters were giving out shots and made an effort to meet the birthday girl and wish her a happy birthday which I thought was so nice. Bad side, I wish they played more dance music, drinks a little pricey, and one of my friends didn't get in because of dress code.

Went there last month on a friday for a friends bachelorette party. We had bottle service which was really pretty cheap compared to other places i've been to. Crowd was ok. Music was amazing in my opinion. Free parking aswell. Only thing that my friends and I didn't like was that our booth was near the stairs where there was a lot of people walking by. I think if we ever did bottles there again, I'd have to request a different booth.

It's good to see that Vogue is reading the comments here and hopefully using them to improve their guests experiences. I find that almost every club tends to be unorganised, especially when it comes to bottle service. I.e. if you book a booth and bottle service, you should be able to get inside pretty quickly and there should be enough staff to handle this (esp. in the winter). I'm only saying this because I'll be going to Vogue for New Years, and purchasing the $1000 package. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt because my friends love this place, and hope that on NYE, we'll get in quickly and have a blast! I'll come back after to review.

At the same time, making our booth packages reasonably priced is important to our clients so offering complimentary high end champagne such as Moet & Chandon, Cristal, or Ace Of Spades isn't an doable. Don't ever go here for your birthday, or any event in that matter. They make you wait in line for bottle service, and the bartenders are slutty ass bitches, as well as the bouncers. The bartender could tell each and every bouncer to jump and they'll ask how high. They kick you out for the littlest things yet they make you pay so much for bottles. Fuck this place, fuck the bartenders and fuck the bouncers. Funny thing is, I did bottle service for my friends yet I don't even drink alcohol. Goes to show I wasn't even drunk.

pretty much says it all! when i go out i put music first. if you're a fan of hip-hop rnb old school and reggae youll love this place. they played so many songs that i use to love and i totally forgot about! they also played some of the newer top 40 and house but not the super cheesy stuff. more like the guilty pleasure stuff. its honestly the only place ive been to in toronto that plays this type of music and has a clean cut sharp crowd. i recommend it!

We are sorry to hear about your situation. There seems to be some misunderstanding in regards to the booth booking process. Here is our feedback.

1) Booths are not first come, first choice upon arrival. All booths are pre-booked and given priority seating based on when the reservation is made. Unfortunately you booked on the day of the event. You were the last to book on a sold out night. We tried our best to accommodate by creating another booth with four wing chairs. Because of your dissatisfaction we are no longer offering the four wing chairs as a booth in that location.

2) All booths come with line by pass. Unfortunately when booths come at the same time there is some wait time. We try our best to hurry up the process and booths are always first priority over guest list.

3) All booths are asked to have the payment via cash or credit card ready upon arrival because they are booth packages that contain bottles, champagne, comps, and an appetizer platter. Everything in the booth package needs to be accounted for before entry. From there you are escorted to your booth by one of our hosts. The host then gives the payment to the bottle service waitress who then serves the ordered items in the booth package.

We are sorry to hear that you have no interest in returning to Vogue Supperclub. All the best.

GOT silver package for a birthday jam with booth, was told come early to pick ur booth first come first serve by a guy named RAY. got there at like 10:30 almost no one there to pick my booth. Starts off with silver package no line ups they made my parties wait in line in the freezing cold no line bypass. Then i approached a guy saying a had a booth yada yada. He tells me $325 upfront keep in mind im in line, i figured something was wrong. We get escorted by a guy named Matt and immediately stuffs my party in the corner with 4 chairs where the kitchen doors are. I asked whats goin on i was told to come early to pick our booth first come first serve most booths were empty cause no one was there he says no thats ur booth everything is reserved. Keep in mind its not a booth its 4 chairs with a table by the kitchen doors. i got pissed and requested a booth or take my shit elsewhere, no one knew who to talk too how to fix this no one all the employees were scattered around like chickens without their heads on. keep in mind ive never paid at the door or in line ive always paid as soon as i got my bottles. I said fuck this after getting disrespected i asked for my money to go somewhere else. Then one knew who had my money. after at least 30 mins freezing outside i finally got my money and went somewhere else, no apology nothing. At the end of the night i can say this, i give respect to the bald security he was the only one trying to make things right. He asked if he could arrange a booth if we would stay. i told him nah cause after all these fuckin games and being disrespected like that i told him its too late. Hes like i understand will get you the money. THe fuckin security guard was trying to do more thats not even his JOB ! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ITS A JOKE ... i wouldnt even give it one star but i had to click something

went for a bachelorette last saturday night and it was awful....we were on guestlist and were charged more for cover than they original told us, they ran out of certain drinks at the bar, their pay machines stopped working, they overcharged me and the worst offense was having to wash my hands in the only clean, working water in the bathroom - the toilet!!

Vogue is firstly, not only a beautiful venue all around, but also a great spot for fine dining and a good party! My experienceon a friday night with both the dinner and the club on the upper level were both great! The food was well presented and very tasteful! our waiter was extremely welcoming and friendly! Shortly after dinner i had decided to continue the party on the upper level where the crowd was vibrant, energetic, stylish, yet mature... probably ranging from about mid 20's through 30's. The music was amazing, didnt stick to solely to one type of music!
I would recommend this venue for anyone, whether it be a group of 2 or 10, a birthday, corporate event, or simply a night out with the girls/boys.
