Terrible!! I booked my wedding for september 2019 . Unprofessional staff , will pick and choose when to respond to you whenever it is only convenient for them. Director is unprofessional and can't keep his word . I reduced my guest count guarantee as we are a small family . When i shared my feedback about poor service and communication. Director (who is always late ) decided to cancel my booking after it was confirmed and fabricated an excuse that i am criticizing their organization and their price structure . I am actually relieved that i won't have to deal with them , and i wouldn't wish it for anyone. Don't waste your time!!
