Complaint about the staff and cloak room

Bad experience there . Went to the drake hotel club on sat 24th nov 2018, the girls in charge to keep my jacket lost it ... Disappointing and so stupid people . I gave them my ticket ... Had to come back the day after and they were not able to find a solution right away ! Nothing ! In the end , they found my jacket , i don’t know how but i was stressed because just bought it a few days before ! Not reliable people and they don t care ! They told me i would get a free entrance but that is not enough ! Do not recommend and will never go back there !

Talk or look at a girl and you will be kicked out of drake if you are black. My friends was shocked.
