Chandini Convention Center not a good place for weddings!

I had my wedding summer of 2012 and the reception was held at Chandini Convention Center, Brampton, Ontario. I have to say my experience with them was not very good. I would not recommend Chandini Convention Center for a wedding. They charged me $10,500 for the hall without food or drinks, I had to pay an extra $1200 for appetizers and an extra $400 for dessert. For all the people I have spoken too they had gotten the hall for under $10,000 including food and drinks. I had catered my own food and the staff was hiding trays of food in the back kitchen, when we confronted them they said they just found it there and put it out, the staff was eating our food in the back in the kitchen and we didn't have any food left for guest who had come later. I had the hall from 5:00pm-1:00am, the staff was changing the table cloths and decor at 11:30pm before my wedding was over when I look back at the pictures and video tapes I have half the hall in my theme color and half another theme color or another event for Monday. The staff has stolen my camera and I do know it is the staff because only the staff cleaned up the head table and no one else was there, several things went missing, we had security but they were a waste of time someone still came into our wedding and walked out with all the center pieces, the security didn't even question them where they were going with 7 centerpieces and confirm with myself or the groom or a member of the family if those people were suppose to be carrying anything out. when 1:00am came they kicked us out and turned off the lights on us outside, I was left in my wedding dress waiting for my groom to bring around the car in the dark I couldn't even see to get into the vehicle. I have to say it was the worse experience I had ever had, and I had heard a lot of people complaining about them and they are over priced. if I had to re-do my wedding I would rather go to an italian banquet hall or somewhere that is more dependable. I am very upset that they have stolen my camera and when I confronted the staff they just laughed and left. Also the chicken that I had catered they had served it as an appetizer and I ran out of the main course, they messed up the food order and on the head table we weren't served food or drinks, I had family members giving us food and drinks they didn't clean up the plates when we were done. I give Chandini 2 stars out of 5 stars and that is me being generous! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! I was a very upset bride at the end of the night.
