Having bought a Dealfind coupon to attend this restaurant I was looking forward to an amazing night of dining. In the end I tried to go 4 times, each time something was wrong - they weren't open, the furnace wasn't working, there was no lighting. All the while they hardly ever picked up their phone reservation line and when they did they advised me it was a good night to come without even mentioning the restaurant had no heat or light. In the end I did get a chance to sit down although I couldn't hear my wife due to the portable propane heater blasting away, the glasses were filthy, the menus were full of errors/ unstocked items, and they didn't even honor the coupon. Overall extremely poor service. The management is obviously new to hospitality, as I would have to rate McDonalds ambience and service well above this.
